5. How long information is kept

• Analytics details: the planned user-level and event-level retention setting is two months. Standard aggregated reports are not subject to that same retention setting. The browser-cookie lifetime and Google’s server-side retention are separate matters.
• Correspondence: kept for the time needed to resolve your enquiry and relevant follow-up; records may be retained longer where necessary for a legal obligation or a legal claim.
• Technical logs: retention depends on the platform’s operational and security requirements and applicable provider settings. Information under our control is retained only while needed for these purposes.
